Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENECO) clarifies that it has only received the Notice of Resolution dated July 29, 2022 from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) granting the Motion for Execution filed by the CENECO Union of Rational Employees (CURE) to implement the economic benefits of the 2017-2022 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

No Writ of Execution has been issued yet by the DOLE. Nevertheless, once received, CENECO management will act on it accordingly.
